Riteh Racing Team is a Formula Student team within the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Rijeka. It was founded at the end of 2007, initially consisting of only eight members. Today, it is considered one of the largest and most successful student projects in Rijeka that includes around thirty students from various faculties.
The members, with their knowledge, experience, and competencies, cover various fields of construction and media. The team is involved in designing, constructing, and building a prototype racing car, which later competes in global Formula Student competitions in a series of static and dynamic categories.
Handles promotion, sponsorships and social media to ensure smooth operations and a strong public presence.
Designs the vehicle's structural framework and suspension for optimal handling, stability, and safety.
Develops aerodynamic components and lightweight composites to reduce drag, increase downforce, and improve performance.
Optimizes the engine/motor, transmission, and power delivery systems for peak performance and reliability.
Manages the vehicle's electronic systems, including wiring, sensors, control units, and telemetry for data and power management.
Maintains digital infrastructure, software tools, and supports communication, simulation, and data analysis within the team.
